Our products are digital PDF guides delivered instantly after payment. Because a digital file cannot be returned once downloaded, all sales are generally final.

When we will refund or help

• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• The file is broken or does not open and we cannot fix it within 3 working days.
• You paid but did not receive the download link and we cannot deliver it.

How to ask

Email us within 7 days of purchase with your order email and payment reference. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
